Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
All purchases made on BrainEdge Academy (courses, study materials, digital products, subscriptions, or programs) are non-refundable, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
Since our products are digital in nature and provide immediate access upon purchase, we follow a strict no-refund policy to prevent misuse. We also provide ( in most of the cases ) Lecture 1 or sometimes Lectures 1 & 2 , out of the total Lectures in a course, so that the buying decision becomes easier and transparent, and the buyer does not have to make a decision based only on the advertisement.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only under the following conditions:
2.1 Duplicate Payment
If a customer is accidentally charged twice for the same product, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.
2.2 Payment Failure but Amount Debited
If the payment is deducted from your bank account but the order is not activated, the amount will be refunded automatically by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If not, you may contact us with proof of payment.
2.3 Technical Issue Preventing Access
If access to a purchased course is not available due to a proven technical error from our side, and the issue is not resolved within 72 hours, a refund may be initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Completed or partially completed course

Inability to understand the content or dissatisfaction with teaching style

Lack of device compatibility, internet issues, or technical problems on the user’s side

Wrong purchase made by customer

Discounted, promotional, or bundled products
4. Cancellation Policy
As our products are digital and access is granted immediately:

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed

Subscription plans (if any) cannot be cancelled mid-cycle

No partial refunds will be issued for unused access time
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7–14 working days

The amount will be credited to the original payment method only

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
